That’s why we created the Star Realtor Program, a commission incentive that increases with each home you close with Doug Parr Homes during the program year.
Earn more with every closing. Commission increases are based on the number of homes you close with Doug Parr Homes within the program year.
Commission Tiers
| 1st Sale | 3% commission |
| 2nd Sale | 4% commission |
| 3rd Sale | 5% commission |
| 4+ Sales | 6% commission |
The more homes you sell, the more you earn — up to 6% commission.
Program Year: January 1 – December 31 (sales reset annually)

- Sales count is tracked within the program year and resets annually.
